Aerie Total Retail Analysis

Fall 2021 Retailing Project where we cumulatively created each part of this project with our selected brand throughout the course of the semester. I chose Aerie, because of how closely their amazing values align with my own. During my project, I had to select an area where an Aerie location was not, that I believed would preform well in that location. I had selected downtown Westport, CT, next to competitors Lululemon and Athleta. 6 months later, it was announced that an Offline by Aerie store opened up in that exact location next to those exact competitors, so I applied before it even opened. I immediately succeeded in my application process and worked for them the entire following summer of 2022. This is a very special project for me!
